A little about my background, my experience spans over 20-years in Sales and Marketing mostly in the pharmaceutical industry. I have also done training in the pharmaceutical industry from small groups of 5 to over 200.
My responsibilities included educating new hires on product training, company guidelines, and federal regulations as related to the pharmaceutical industry.
As a Regional Trainer, I was also charged with recruiting and initiating the hiring process of new sales representatives (resume review, interviewing, communicating with the Human Resources department and the hiring manager).
What I have to share is not “theory”, I’ve been the one who had to evaluate and sift through 100′s of resumes and interview potential candidates.
